JTD Inner City Foods started as a dream from the late J Baby — feeding the neighborhood with Cajun soul plates that hit different.
Today, Head Chef Reshawn Hollis and the family carry the torch — loaded fries, lobster tails, lamb chops, and shrimp alfredo straight out the truck. We pull up to block parties, festivals, weddings, corporate gigs — wherever good food is needed.
